10. Do you feel it is it practical and relevant to engage in Social Media?

12. How easy is it to find your contact details on your site?
13. Is the look and feel of your site in sync with the rest of your marketing material and company brand?
14. Are you receiving more enquiries via telephone, than email or your site’s contact form?
